We get little time to sleep as it is. On the Monday after the time switch, the number of car crashes increases, as does the number of fatal, alcohol-related accidents. Heart attacks become more common during the next few days, as do injuries in the workplace, not to mention that workers in general are less productive and more likely to waste time perusing the Internet. Moving Daylight Savings from Sunday AM to Saturday AM will give all of us more time to readjust our internal clocks.
