Move Daylight Savings Time beginning and ending from Sunday 2 am to Saturday 2 am.

Created by K.D. on March 10, 2014

Daylight Savings Time should begin and end on a Saturday morning 2 am, not Sunday 2 am. This will give people on a standard 5-day work week a day to adjust before heading back to their expected schedules. This particularly affects all children in public schools or other schools that begin in the morning.
Science has proven that Sunday night is already the hardest night of the week to go to sleep. Add in the unnatural and rapid adjustment to our circadian rhythms, and Monday morning after time change becomes a much worse struggle than it needs to be. This is particularly important for students trying to learn and children who are generally less flexible with their body clocks.
