Move the District of Columbia somewhere on the boarder of North Dakota and Montana an give current D.C. back to Maryland

There is too much money and power in DC. Move the capitol to somewhere new and underdeveloped, like the boarder of North Dakota and Montana. It's a nice, cold place without too many buildings (if any at all, yet). Sure, there's all that infrastructure in DC, but sometimes sacrifices have to be made.
