Move everyone who wants to secede to North Dakota the sell North Dakota to the Canadians.

If the people who want to secede from the USA want out, then let them go. Obviously we can't get rid of half the U.S. So why not ship them all to North Dakota (or some other unimportant state that borders Canada) and let the Canadians have them. They can be canadian citizens and never have their American citizenship reinstated. You can't keep people here if they don't want to be here. If they want to be alone, then by all means help them move.
We should be focused on working together, but some people would rather fight to move backwards and keep this country divided. I have no problem getting rid of those citizens at all. If they are too childish to embrace change, then let them leave. You live with the decisions you make, in a case of adults behaving like children? Good Riddance.
