MOVE EXCESS SNOW FROM EAST COAST TO AREAS WITH DROUGHT

It is a fact that many local and state governments in the East Coast are overwhelmed by the recent surge in snowfall this past winter. It is also a fact that there is a severe drought taking place in the western part of the United States. And there is a need to supplement the snow budgets in many areas such as Boston. There should be a way snow could be moved to areas of the country with a need for water. For example, reservoirs below capacity could be refilled, and farmers could get water to work with to plant crops and hydrate their livestock. That way snow out East can be disposed quickly. Such a move requires a huge effort to fund and execute. It should be an effort lead by the federal government. It would help give the American people a sense of confidence in terms of disaster relief.
