Create a national sales tax on consumer goods, and abolish the current progressive income tax system because:
-A progressive tax is unconstitutional. It is not 'fair and equal' for one citizen to pay a higher % of income in taxes than any other citizen, regardless of income amount. A 'systematically flat' tax rate is the only constitutional way.
-Citizens maintain income and gain purchasing power. Those with more income will purchase more goods, thus paying more taxes. The economy will strengthen and jobs created due to money exchanging more often.
-Citizens with cash sources of income that currently do not claim said income will still be paying their fair share of taxes when purchasing goods.
-It reduces the size and overhead cost of the IRS, freeing up Gov't revenue for other program
