Move for a flat tax, reduce the size of government expenditures by 15% across the board, encourage business to grow/hire

Created by S.T. on October 26, 2011

Encourage U.S. economic recovery through elimination of the huge income tax code and move to a flat of 15-20%; exempt those earning $40,000 or less; reduce the over-reaching arm of regulation that is strangling our economic recovery; increase the full retirement age for Social Security gradually to 70 years - beginning with those born after 1970; protect the military budget; reduce the entire budget of the U.S. by 10% overall (excepting the military); limit pensions promised to ALL government and quasi-government employees to their SS and a 401K-like program; balance the current budget, reduced by 10% (not reduced by 10% of the proposed increases for 2012); stop wasted spending - be it $1 or $1,000,000,000; stop the govt funding (intrusion into) businesses - let the free market work.
