Halloween has become an American institution for kids everywhere. By moving it to always be on a Saturday, we will give them all a full day to experience the fun and excitement of the holiday. This would also help the economy of the holiday by giving adults the opportunity to celebrate with friends at local establishments. Moving the holiday would be a win-win for all!
