move Halloween from October 31 to the last Saturday in October, so that it is always on a weekend.

Created by F.W. on October 29, 2013

Halloween should always be on a Saturday, so that families can enjoy the festivities without having to worry about going to school or work the next day. In addition to being very beneficial for families, this change would also benefit the economy, as more people would be able to participate in Halloween events, generating more business for companies that service this sort of event. I would like the US Government to make a statement that we officially recognize the celebration of Halloween to be on the last Saturday of October as opposed to always being October 31. This will give this initiative the push it needs to become common practice in communities across the country.
