Move the holiday known as presidents day, to fall always on election day. How to celebrate past presidents, with a vote!

I believe the federal holiday known as "presidents day" should be moved in such a way that it always falls on election day. What better way to celebrate our past presidents with a showing of freedom via voting. If done in the way suggested, the calendar would be "preserved" in the sense of having the same amount of days off. We also reassure that many Americans have the opportunity to vote, by not having a commitment to their job that day. I implore you to sign my petition, lets allow as many people the opportunity to vote as possible!
