The Windsor Place Circle apartment complex in Randleman, North Carolina has changed its policy to have inspections four times a year instead of once every three months. While it is mandatory to inspect units, checking in such places like in the refrigerator, in toilets, and in closets is considered an invasion of privacy. And invasion of privacy is considered very unlawful to tenants. Privacy of the tenants should be respected. Because of such a change in policy, tenants and the elderly are living in fear that they might be evicted. An apartment unit should be inspected for structural integrity and appearance, not invading other's privacy. So on behalf of the tenants, we ask that you consider this and revert it back to its original policy of once every three months.
