Move more new government jobs out of the Washington DC area that are being created to help promote job growth nationwide

Many government jobs are being created in the greater Washington DC are, while other portions of the country have a much slower job creation rate. The DC area has plenty of jobs already. Allow more government workers to telework 100% and or move new jobs to parts of the country where overhead costs are much cheaper. Jobs that can be performed anywhere outside the are should be considered possibly to be moved if circumstances grant it.
