Each morning people struggle to wake up. These people may suffer from insomnia, Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome, or are not “morning people”.
This problem can be remedied. A shift of two hours would make a world of difference. Therefore, we petition the Obama Administration to move morning to a later time of the day.
We do not presume to tell the administration how to do its job, but we suggest forming a Senate Committee to examine the issue. This is as important as many of the standing committees, such as the Affairs Committee (why a committee is needed to explore infidelity is baffling; it seems many people manage this quite fine on their own).
We ask the Obama Administration to move morning to a later time of the day that will be more comfortable for everyone.
