New York City is the financial and media capital of the world, but there is one thing that is making it intolerable here. The weather from November to March.
I petition the Obama Administration to dig up New York City and move it south, ideally off of the coast of North Carolina or South Carolina so that the best city in the world can have the best weather in the world.
To go along the move, we should also subsidize the relocation of all people who live in the surrounding suburbs so that they can move down and keep their jobs.
