Presidents' Day is a holiday in which schools are closed and many people get off work. "Super Bowl Monday" is a day that is becoming known as somewhat of a holiday, with many people missing school or work or coming in late. Moving the date of President's Day to the Monday after the Super Bowl would give President's Day a dual purpose as well as give students and employees a break on a day when many would already miss or be late.
