I believe it would benefit laborers to move President's Day to the Monday following the Superbowl as this would alleviate the need to schedule vacation for what is quickly becoming the recovery day for one of America's biggest celebrated dates.
I believe this is consistent with the patriotic image of President's Day because few things are more American than US Presidents and American Football.
