Move Private Chelsea Manning to a Women's Facility

We, the undersigned, applaud the Obama Administration for its recent decision to require Federal agencies using GSA space to allow individuals to use restroom facilities and related areas consistent with their gender identities. We further challenge the Obama Administration to acknowledge that it is cruel and unusual punishment to hold Private Chelsea Manning in an all male prison facility, and that President Obama should immediately issue an executive order to move her to a facility consistent with her gender identity.
