WHEREAS this is the last chance to have a true sending off for a legend
WHEREAS the newly appointed head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has chosen to omit Landon Donovan presence from the World Cup
WHEREAS this choice does not adhere to majority of the US soccer fans
BE IT RESOLVED that Landon Donavan be permanently reinstated to the Men's National Team for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Competition effective immediately.
