This is to take SS back form the politicans and agencies who have been taking money out for their own uses and leaving IOU's. IOU's that earn way less interest than if the money had stayed in SS as it was deisgned. This is our money taken directly from our paychecks- it is not the personal piggy bank of elected officials who have skimmed 100's of millions from it.
