No one minds getting an extra hour in their weekend when we roll the clocks back in the fall, but all of humanity despises losing an hour when we roll forward in the spring. There would be much less discontentment if Daylight Savings began on a day that everyone actually wanted to be shorter---Monday. Just when you start to hit that afternoon slump, suddenly the clocks jump forward and you're that much closer to quitting time. Therefore, I propose that the beginning of Daylight Savings officially be changed from Sunday morning at 2 AM to Monday at 2 PM.
