Move telephone, cable and electrical wiring underground in order to create jobs and beautify the environment.

This petition is all about putting people to work to beautify the environment by moving old fashioned wired infrastructure underground. This will have the positive impact of raising property values while modernizing communities and lengthy employment for tens of thousands of workers. There is also the potential raise revenues by requiring property owners to chip in a nominal fee for this work.
