The United Nations needs to focus on countries having social, budgetary, terrorism and other problem areas not high seen as severe problems in the U.S. By placing the United Nations in Europe, the Mid-East or Africa it can more closely focus on real world problems. It further reduces the possibility of the United Nations becoming a collection point for spies and others wanting to do harm to this country.
