Move the U.S. Border Patrol from under the auspices of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to be a separate agency unter the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) umbrella. They currnetly train at a different academy location, wear different uniforms, have a different mission and different search authority than CBP officers. Make the split official.
