We the people move for a vote of "no confidence" in Congress. Congress' inability to prevent the U.S. from going over the fiscal cliff clearly demonstrates they are unwilling and incapable of working together for the good of the country. A general vote should be taken to determine whether or not Congress should be allowed to stay intact or be dissolved, followed by a general election to replace the outgoing failures.
