The US States have proven themselves unfit to manage voting regulations, therefore the regulations must be moved back under management of the Federal Government. Our Democracy should be based on a "one person, one vote" system, which precludes the need for Delegates, Super Delegates and the Electoral College, all of which act to reduce the value of the individual citizen’s vote. Also, Congressional Districts need to be re-drawn to correct the huge unfair effect on elections. “One person, one vote” is the form of Democracy the 'People' want.
