WE THE PEOPLE petition the Congress of the United States of America for an electoral system which utilizes present technology in order to save costs, prevent waste, and ensure a more fair political process, where the disabled, elderly, working person and others who are burdened by the present system can more easily share in their fundamental right to participate in the democratic process. More specifically, we petition the Congress to enact legislation as follows:
THE ABILITY TO CAST OUR VOTES via a secured internet connection and data based “form system” for: Federal, State, Local elections based upon our “Federally issued SS#.”
Physical Voting Locations/Hours should no longer hinder those who wish to vote and are unable to because of work schedule, disability, or health circumstances.
