Failure to honor all debts including government bonds held by the Social Security Trust Fund is un-Constitutional. The Social Security Trust Fund holds the debt of the US Government in the form of bonds. Therefore we call on Mr. Obama to cease all threats and/or actions to withhold funds necessary to pay Social Security payments, which is un-Constitutionally defaulting on debt obligations. Instead, we call on him to pay all such debt obligations and cease all lesser government functions, including laying off or closing such departments and personnel as necessary, reclaiming and reallocating all unspent government funds not allocated to debt service.
