Mr. Obama should end the fiscal cliff by utilising his constitutional right (Article II Section 3) and convene Congress.

It is time for President Obama to utilize his constitutional right and end the conflict in Washington. We are on the brink of another recession. It is truly an extraordinary time when the government can stop a recession in one bill.
President Obama Must work to avoid the fiscal cliff by using Article II Section 3 of the US constitution, which says, "He [the President] may, on extraordinary Occaisions, convene both houses..." By convening both houses immediately, the President will keep the Congress working on creating a bill.
Action must be taken to evade the Fiscal Cliff and currently, few, if any, people are work. Any Congressperson who sees their vacation as more important than the US Economy has misplaced thoughts. This petition will get Congres working again and solving the economy
