The tenth ammendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people
Therefore, being that there is no clause for marijuana being illegal because it was not at the time of our founding. Marijuana has been the target of ignorance and excuses for decades. This is not outlawed by the constitution, therefore the federal government should either legalize marijuana, or have all members of congress and the president resign for not keeping their oath of upholding the constitituion.
