I am seeking to have the sequester ended by cutting programs the Joint Chiefs have requested to have ended, with the amount left over from the cut programs going into items that will save the jobs of those who worked for those cut programs.
These jobs will also be in areas that will increase our energy, communications, and infrastructure, and therefore increase our national security.
If you agree with this, please, also forward it to your elected officials. We do not have a full month to wait for enough signatures and a response from the President. The Congress controls the purse strings per the Constitution; they need to be the ones to fix this problem.
