Please replace the current bidding program with the Market Pricing Program. Unlike the current bidding program, the Market Pricing Program will protect local established, accredited and bonded providers by requiring collateral to participate, binding bids, and transparency from CMS. Medicare beneficiaries, hospitals and physicians will still have reliable community providers to choose from and the government will receive the best possible savings.
