The 8th amendment of the United States Constitution states That no man shall suffer cruel and unusual punishment.
Johnny Jones was givena life in prison without the possibility of parole. The judge who tried his case was disbarred for bad conduct and taking bribes while on the bench. The District Attorney who tried the case was "sleeping " with the judge at the time and the entire case was a total fiasco, The original judge on the case was Judge Ito but he was pulled off Johnny's case to try the infamous OJ Simpson case.
Judge Ito wanted the case to be tried as "MANSLAUGHTER" and the minute Judge ITO was pulled from trying the case it became a
" 3 RING CIRCUS" Johnny was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. DEMAND JOHNNY BE paroled or given a new trial.
