To Mr. President, Senators and Members of Congress. Please take measures regarding the Sokolov’s case in Russia

Dear Mr. President!
Dear Senators and Members of Congress!
The citizens of Russia, who want to keep the Constitutional rights, are applying to you, elected by US nation in the fair elections.
In July of 2015, Russian citizen А. Sokolov was arrested for the trying to hold a referendum in Russia. His case was taken by well-known judge Krivoruchko, which was recognized by USA and EU as the partner in crime of killing of Sergei Magnitski in 2009. Supposed to be the Garant of the Constitution, President Putin has promised publically to take care of this case in December of 2015, but have done nothing.
There are nobody in Russia to help us, so we're applying to you, and have the hope you'll take measures for the defending of our rights for the referendum
