Being fully aware of what I am doing I ask you, Petro Poroshenko, a President of Ukraine, and hope that you will answer me probably this week in a written form for human rights of Ukrainian people to be proven and protected by you.
I ask to consider actions of Parliament of Ukraine as those that can possibly oppose to rights of citizens of Ukraine, to stop decentralization law processing made by Parliament of Ukraine and immediately appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to clear whether actions of Parliament of Ukraine are legal as a President of Ukraine is obliged to do in such cases due to his duties described in the Constitution of Ukraine, article 106, point 15.
