The threat of tactical use of nuclear weapons is of great concern to all of us on Earth with families. This technology can render areas of our planet uninhabitable. All nations on Earth recognize the United States tactical superiority, even if they choose to ignore it at times.
Please give the people of Earth, who do not live in these defiant States the assurance that the implementation of Nuclear Weapons is a last resort tactic, not a bargaining chip, for forcing rogue states to comply with United States foreign policy objectives.
