Hiring our Heroes movement needs to be expanded to allow Veterans Preferance and Military Spouse Employment Prefernce to apply to NAF 4 & Above Job Positions, currently only applies to NAF 3 and below (GS-4-7). Also Universities need to be challenged to offer graduate programs to include overseas and deployed personnel and thier family members. Nursing, Social Work and many other careers are off limits to miliatry not residing in the US. With no alternatives or considerations offered and absolutely little or no flexibitlity. Placements for Nursing and Social Work should exsist in our Military Facilities especially over seas. Enitre careers are thrown away because of the inflexiblity of Universities to even consider military stationed over seas, often times in the middle of school!
