Murder for Terror

We call for a new crime- Murder for terror, a federal crime., with capital punishment as the only sentence. The shall include situation situations where-
more than one person is murdered;
chemical, explosive or biological ingredients are used;
commercial vehicles with passengers are crashed to cause the deaths;
commercial vehicles with passengers are wrecked or caused to wreck to cause death;
that these or other circumstances indication a careless, haphazard disregard for human life.
Convictions shall result in a sentence of death.
Upon conviction, the case shall be immediately reviewed by the US Supreme Court and if deemed to be a correct conviction, the presiding judge or chief judge of the jurisdiction shall sentence the defendant(s) to death as soon as reasonable.
