Muslims must have holiday on a religious day in schools,work places and businesses

Muslim brothers and sisters in schools, colleges, and in work force can not take a day off on their religious day for prayer in the morning,they have a pay cut and and count as an absent toward their records. We should get a day off as all other Christian religious day
