Must provide proof of job search and submit regular drug tests to receive any type of government assistance/welfare.

Created by K.S. on March 07, 2013

Many Americans are abusing the welfare programs in the United States. I see people who have an iphone on their hip and are clearly using illegal drugs, pay for groceries with food stamps. If these Americans can afford drugs, it is clear to me that they can afford food without the help of my tax dollars.

I also don't believe it is ok for Americans that are receiving welfare benefits to discontinue their job search because they got that welfare check in the mail. It isn't hard to send out a few resumes a week and provide evidence that you are trying to get back on your feet. Welfare isn't meant to be a permanent way of living, it is meant to be a temporary way of living.

Reforming Welfare benefits would save tons of American Tax Dollars.
