I am typing for my 12 yr old daughter. "I believe that children should have seat belts just like the bus driver. School bus accidents have happened and children have been hurt or killed. I don't want this to happen anymore. Even my school bus was hit. Luckily not serious. I feel very STRONG about this. Please make this happen. Thank you"
