President Obama, First Lady and the Staff of the Obama Administration, first- thank you as a Citizen of the USA for all your efforts to hold on to this country to make it a better place for all peoples. My focus of concern is Lafayette, Louisiana. The loss of males of all nationalities, but especially those of African American and Hispanic has risen to alarming numbers. It is always hard to see into Louisiana in truth and always has been. You have to be there to see and know the real truth. South Lafayette offers all the good in the world, but the devastation/poverty is on the other side - it is breeding constant generational poverty. Mothers cannot be just mothers because their having to be fathers also. How can a Man teach a youth to be a man, if no men are left? Please take a look.
