I used to guard the U.S. Embassy and Army Camp in Seoul, Korea for 20 years as a police captain and now I am a Criminal Justice Professor at Briar Cliff University. Currently I am in the process of obtaining a Labor Certificate.
My application was initially submitted to the ETA Atlanta National Processing Center on October 2, 2012, and was supposed to be completed in 3 months. However, my case was randomly selected to be under Audit Review, which prolongs the process by 3 times. As a result, my daughter will be cut off from my care and be sent back to Korea alone when she turns 21 years old on October 12, 2013.
Would you kindly expedite my case please so that my daughter can stay with her family in the U.S.? Thank you for your consideration.
