My First "Mental Health" Break Calls For Immediate Cognitive Action-I'm Too Young To Be Overmedicated-Stop Endorsing Me

Created by M.W. on July 30, 2015

A young person who has just been diagnosed with a Mental Disorder needs immediate cognitive therapy to support his youthful success in overcoming and stabilizing themselves into adulthood. Overmedicating and using our youth as testing resources to see "what happens" has not been effective, nor is it right. A client should have rights to make decisions on how they want to live IF it aligns for their best interests. Does the law make doctors accountable for constructive care plans? Do doctors have more rights than parents/guardians? Are they allowed to induce meds without fully knowing what may have caused NEW health risks? Is there any age appropriate therapy sessions in practice?
Our children, young men and women are not science projects. Change is in your hands.
