It is important to have them investigated because they do not hold up their end of the bargain on services they say the customer will get if the customer pay's for them I.E. internet speeds. They charge for service call's where they lie and say no problem was identified , when in fact they have identified a issue after telling the customer there was no issue. For example , they send out technicians who only work on the inside of the house say there is no issue on the inside of the house when really there was a issue on the pole outside the house. They fix the issue on the pole outside , while charging the customer for no issue found on the inside of the house. This is criminal in nature.
