My home has been illegally wiretaped by the FBI, the recordings devices in led light bulbs, my flat screen TVs,& elc jks

I been trying to send this emails to Civil Rights Attorneys, Civil Rights organizations/ and a plethora of media outlets. The FBI is rerouting, delaying and undelivered all my emails(while in transit in cyberspace) with the illegal use of a stingwray and other NSA capable technology. The FBI rides around and stalk me like the white knights protecting humanity from the scourge of society, but this is misdirection and a false narrative because there is corruption in that castle.   Many times I tried to call the U.S. Department Of Justice to explain the pure terror I am being subjected to and  follow up on my case number 2977622.  The feds rerouted my call to their switchboard while an agents prentend to be representatives of the D.O.J. This also happens when I call civil rights attorneys.
