My name is Nicolas James Fernandez. My request is in regards to our President's speech given on criminal justice reform.

Dear Mr. President, My name is Nicolas James Fernandez. My request is in regards to your speech given recently on criminal justice reform. The President wants everyone to have a second chance for an equal opportunity, who has been convicted of a non-violent drug offense. Please include all former U.S. Military the same, who were the subject for receiving a Bad-Conduct Discharge for article 112a of the UCMJ. This offense is the most non-violent drug offense of all. For this reason I ask that all Military who have a Bad-Conduct Discharge for committing this offense, to all finally be spared with a "second chance".
In order for all former military to have a "second chance", their Bad-Conduct Discharge would have to "automatically" be upgraded to an Honorable Discharge. The BCNR isn't help.
