My petition is about a concern that I have with the education opportunities to Federal Employes.

My petition is a concern about the education opportunities to Federal Employees. I'am Federal Employee since 2007, I' am career condition employee from Department of the Treasury, (IRS). I am working in Guaynabo, PR, I started my Master degree last year and right know I am enrolled to continuous with my studies. But when I present my new schedule for this semester that begins January 2014 and ends May 2014, the acting Manager on turn, told me that can't be approve for the filing season also she told me that can't be approve to any body for know to on can't be approve any change of the employee schedule. I was so impressed to that answer, because I could not understood how the Agency do not want that the Federal Employees grow up when the knowledge can be help to agency.
