my purpose is to propose a new policy that allows equal black rights, economic stability and law enforcement monitoring.

black rights is important because I myself being an African America on behalf of my ethnicity wanna have the same equal value as everybody else in America. we are all human and we all bleed the same. we all wanna feel peace, love, happiness and compassion throughout our communities. especially when dealing with the law. secondly, economic stability is a big issue as well. we as black citizens wanna feel like we fit in with the rest of society and not divided. how can a country that's so free have such a divided line between peace and equality that seperates the black neighborhood? lastly, close law enforcement monitoring. they need to be watched every move they make that involves citizens and should not be entitled to be so quick to shoot and kill innocent citizens without probable cause.
