Yahoo is forcing a change to their popular My.Yahoo website and users don't like it! As of Jan. 31, 2014, this change will become active with no way to prevent it. The new format is drastically different from the most recent format that was very user friendly. The old version was customizable, and the user interface intuitive and easy to follow. The new format is too homogeneous in that all the modules look the same. It is awkward and clumsy to use.
Please Mr. President, talk some sense into Ms. Mayer and help avert mass customer migrations.
