Name a Board of Trustees for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico

Created by G.G. on February 10, 2015

Reverse the current political and juridical status by an act of Congress, going back to the pre-1952 situation, when the governor and the state legislature --among other posts— were named from Washington D.C.; or at least, the naming of a board of trustees to take care of the Island and decide what to do with the public money and arrange for the correct use of the government’s financial resources. Including, the fulfilment of its obligations and payment of creditors, for example.
